Will I have to re-enroll?
Yes, every member will need to re-enroll for the new system on or after March 28th.
Important: please note that scheduled transfers and bill payments will not occur until you have registered for the new system.
Will I have to re-establish all of my scheduled payments and bill pay info?
No, scheduled transfers and bill payee information will be converted into the new system for you, and should be available as soon as you re-enroll. Please note that scheduled items will not occur until you have enrolled in the new system.
Will I have to re-install the mobile app?
Yes, you will need to remove the old app from your device and install the new one once it becomes available on March 28th.
What will change in the new systems?
The new systems will add a number of great new features, such as the ability to:
- See all of your memberships, accounts and loans with one login!
- Log into the mobile app with your fingerprint
- Stay informed about your accounts with new alerting capabilities
- Access a new eDocuments center where your statements, tax forms and other credit union notices are stored
